Held each spring, the IAFC’s Hazmat Conference provides the latest classroom, hands-on and field trip-based training on what’s new in hazmat, covering all aspects of hazmat, including transportation, safety, WMD, gear, terrorism, mass decontamination, bioterrorism and more. The hazmat exhibit floor includes outdoor demonstrations of hazardous materials gear and equipment.

There is not a deadline to register for the conference, however some preconference sessions and workshops do have capacity limits and may fill prior to the start of the conference. To ensure your seat, register before the start of the conference. You may register for the conference online through the last day of the conference, June 16, or onsite starting Wednesday, June 12.

Confirmations are sent via email for all registrations.
All cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee. No refunds are made on or after May 9 or for no-shows. All cancellations must be made in writing and mailed, faxed 703-273-9363 or emailed, email@example.com to the IAFC. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
Yes, registration may be transferred to another person in your organization by written request may be faxed to: 703-273-9363 or emailed: firstname.lastname@example.org to the IAFC prior to Thursday, May 9. After this date, all changes must be made onsite. Additional charges may apply.
